At Krafty Designs, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your digital designs within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- All original files must be intact and unaltered.
Process for Initiating Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@kraftydesigns.com to request a return.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions via email.
Refund Methods and Processing Time
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please note the following regarding processing times:
- Once we receive your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Special Cases
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to help. Please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Provide photographs of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number.
- We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, according to your preference.
Exceptions to the Policy
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Downloadable digital products that have been accessed or downloaded.
- Products purchased during promotional events or sales may have specific terms.
